Bratz 4 Real is a game part of the Bratz franchise and particularly the musical comedy film released in the same year. It is set in a high school and uses elements of the plot as four teenagers that are about to start high school, Cloe, Yasmin, Sasha, and Jade, clash with the student body president. The game consists of a storyline with 3D animated characters that are also voiced. There are also some clips of the movie itself.

Most of the game is played as a classic point-and-click adventure game. For instance, in one sequence players control Sasha as the four teens are stuck in detention. They need to distract a supervisor so they can tamper with the clocks to get out of detention quickly. Typical elements include talking to characters, moving around, manipulating items in the environment and solving puzzles. But there also other types of activities, such as a food fight mini-game played from a first-person perspective that was also part of the movie. The player gets to control all four characters with many environments to visit. Most of the story revolves around the school's cliques. Just like the movie it ends with a talent show where the girls perform a dance routine.
