Space Quest: Vohal Strikes Back

Sludge Vohaul, Roger's nemesis from some of the previous "Space Quest" games, has returned: after his death, his mind was installed in a robot body. Roger must face him once more and foil his evil scheme. As he lands on the icy planet of Radon, his ship is damaged and his fiancee Beatrice Wankmeister is kidnapped by Vohaul's goons. He must help the planet's natives, the Furkunz, overthrow Vohaul's Apemen, infiltrate Vohaul's fortress and, finally, enter his mind to discover past events which made Vohaul into a madman and, perhaps, even change the past...

"Vohaul Strikes Back" is a full-length fan-made game, created with the Adventure Game Studio engine. It features approximately 90 screens and 8000 lines of dialogue. The game's creators declared that they want to update the game with a voice pack, but so far it hasn't been made.

This "tram" (for me a tram is a streetcar, isn't it?...) can be used to travel a bit around the fortress, but first we need to disable the self-destruct sequence. (Windows) from mobygames.com
Quite many ideas in the game were inspired by "Space Quest 6", its "direct predecessor" of 16 years distance - here Lewdy the Furkunz enters the system to disable the self-destruct sequence. (Windows) from mobygames.com
